Ambassaduer Eon Reel from Abu-Garcia!

With technolgy springing up everywhere, fishing reels have
definately made vast improvements. The newest addition to the
Abu-Garcia family truly is a cut above. While most baitcasters
use the dual gear system, Abu has gone to a five gear or
"planetary" drive. This new system coupled with seven bearings
makes the smoothness equal any top end baitcaster on the market.
The new gear system gives you somewhat better castability and free
spooling allows for increased accuracy. The staff found the reel
to be smooth, lightweight well manufactured. The casting ability
is parallel to any of the top end models on the market today. Each
model comes in a 6.2:1 ratio and weighs from 8-10 oz.

At a market price of about $110.00 it is an excellent investment for the avid bass angler. The one draw back is the gear chamber next to the reel handle. We found it took a bit of getting used to, other than that we find the newest Abu reel will be visible on the tournament circuit this year.
