Daiichi, the worlds
sharpest hooks just introduced two new hook patterns in their famous
fish catching Bleeding Bait Red color. I have demonstrated time
after time the Bleeding Bait Red Hook catches more fish. Known as
the "Bleeding Gill" effect in the saltwater angling world, I just
know it works. These hooks are so new I don't have any of the FatGap
Worm Hooks, and
just two packs of the FatGap Offset Worm Hooks. I
will have more and tested them by late winter. The FatGap Worm Hook
has a much wider gap between the shank and the barb allowing you to
use a small size hook on baits. When you want more float out of your
plastic you have to use a lighter hook. The FatGap Worm Hook allows
you to do this and in the 5/0 size you can easily handle 9 inch
lizards and 11 inch fat worms made by Bass Assassin and a few other
manufacturers.
These hooks are
available in 1/0, 2/0, 3/0, 4/0, and the big 5/0. Plan on getting a
few packs for spring. The FatGap Offset Worm Hook has a much wider
gap between the shank and the barb allowing you to use a small size
hook on baits. This hook will be the only one I use on my Carolina
Rigs and you will add more fish to your live well if you use them
too. I have been wanting a Bleeding Bait Hook for my Carolina Rigs
for several years now and this is the perfect hook. I will also be
using these on all the Bass Assassin Soft Plastic Jerkbaits. The 5/0
will be the perfect hook for the big 7 inch Shad Assassin for
monster bass and other big fish. I've been wanting to add the
Bleeding Gill effect to many of them and now it is easy. These hooks
are so new, I got the two packages used in these photos with a note
from ITT saying "these are all we have until we get our next
shipment". This fact alone should tell you these hooks are going
like crazy. Visit your local tackle dealer or order from their web
